Generations of Chapin is located in the town of Chapin and just northwest of Columbia, South Carolina. Generations of Chapin opened its doors in 1999 with a later expansion in 2005 and is licensed by the state for 64 residents.
Generations of Irmo is our located in the town of Irmo. Nestled in the heart of Irmo the facility sits on 10 acres of wooded property with a beautiful pond in the center. Generations of Batesburg-Leesville is located in the town of Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina. Founded in 1991, Generations has been continuously committed to the delivery of excellent services to its residents by its loyal and dedicated staff. Generations of Batesburg-Leesville is licensed for eighty-eight residents. On the same campus, there are independent living houses and apartments for those seniors who lead a more active life known as our Independent Living of Batesburg-Leesville community.
Southwoode Independent Resort-Style Living
Southwoode Independent Resort-Style Living offers homes for purchase or rental duplexes. A monthly fee can cover all needs with exception of a monthly telephone bill which is the responsibility of the resident. There are 50 units and Southwoode is located on 28 acres that adjoin Generations of Chapin.

Independent Living of Batesburg-Leesville is on the same campus as Generations of Batesburg. There are independent living houses and apartments for those seniors who lead a more active life known as our Independent Living of Batesburg-Leesville community.
